Shipping Policy

 

Where we deliver

Joy by Toys currently delivers to all seven emirates of the United Arab Emirates: Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah. We do not ship internationally at this time.

 

Delivery charges

Standard delivery is AED 25 per order. Delivery is free on all orders of AED 200 and above. The exact charge is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

 

Delivery times

Orders are usually dispatched within 1 business day. Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 business days from dispatch. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UAE public holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday are processed on the next business day. Deliveries to remote areas may take slightly longer.

 

Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can also follow your order from the order status page linked in that email.

 

Receiving your order

Our courier will contact you before delivery, so please make sure the phone number and address on your order are correct and complete, including building name, floor and apartment or villa number. If nobody is available, the courier will attempt delivery again or arrange a new time with you. Orders returned to us after failed delivery attempts may be refunded less the delivery charge.

 

Cash on Delivery

Where Cash on Delivery is selected, please have the exact amount ready in AED. Couriers may not be able to provide change.

 

Damaged or missing items

Please check your parcel on arrival. If anything is damaged, missing or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at info@joybytoys.com with photos of the item and packaging and we will put it right.

 

Delays outside our control

We do our best to meet the delivery times above, but they are estimates rather than guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, severe weather, customs or other events beyond our reasonable control.
