These Terms of Service govern your use of the website joybytoys.com and any purchase you make from Joy by Toys. By browsing this site or placing an order you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
About us
Joy by Toys is operated by JOYBYTOYS, a free zone LLC registered in the United Arab Emirates, with its registered address at 102 Sheikh Rashid Bin Abdul Aziz Street, 26th Floor, Amber Gem Tower, Ajman, United Arab Emirates. References to "we", "us" and "our" mean Joy by Toys.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to place an order. By ordering you confirm that the information you give us is accurate and complete, and that you are the authorised holder of the payment method used.
Products and age suitability
Our products are toys intended for children. Age recommendations shown on product pages and packaging are guidance for safe play and must be followed. Many of our toys contain small parts and are not suitable for children under three years unless stated otherwise. Adult supervision is required for products with batteries, chargers, cords or small components. Product photographs are illustrative, and colours and packaging may vary slightly from the images shown.
Pricing and availability
All prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include applicable VAT. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout. We try to keep pricing and stock information accurate, but errors can occur. If we discover a pricing or availability error affecting your order, we will contact you and offer you the choice of confirming the order at the correct price or cancelling it for a full refund.
Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you a confirmation that your order has been dispatched. We may decline or cancel an order where the item is out of stock, where we suspect fraudulent or abusive activity, where the delivery address is outside the areas we serve, or where a pricing error has occurred.
Payment
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, which may include Cash on Delivery, bank transfer, and instalment providers such as Tabby and Tamara. Payments made through third party providers are also subject to those providers' own terms. Orders paid by bank transfer are only processed once cleared funds are received.
Delivery
We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates. Estimated delivery times are given in good faith but are not guaranteed, and delays caused by couriers, customs or events outside our control are not our responsibility. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
Returns and refunds
Your rights to return items and receive refunds are set out in our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, and not to copy, scrape or republish our content, images or product descriptions without written permission. All content on this site is owned by or licensed to Joy by Toys.
Accounts
If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been misused.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for the affected products. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place your order is the version that applies to that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of the Emirate of Ajman have jurisdiction over any dispute.
